By creating an account and using the PurposeMapped platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
PurposeMapped LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
PurposeMapped provides an AI-powered personal development platform designed to help individuals explore their values, purpose, and identity through guided conversation. The Service is intended for personal growth and self-reflection purposes only.
PurposeMapped is NOT:
The AI companion provided through PurposeMapped is a software tool. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using PurposeMapped, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
PurposeMapped is offered as a subscription service billed on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize PurposeMapped to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate applicable to your selected plan.
Your conversations and profile data are stored securely within your personal environment and used solely to personalize your experience. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law.
Conversation data is stored to enable continuity across sessions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@purposemapped.com. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise requested.
PurposeMapped does not surveil or analyze your conversation content. Your private environment is yours.
Each user account is provisioned as an isolated personal environment. A dormant administrative account exists within your environment for the sole purpose of emergency support operations (such as restoring a non-responsive AI companion).
This administrative account is locked by default and is never accessed without your explicit, per-incident consent. You will always be asked before any access occurs. You may decline — we will respond to your support request without accessing your environment. A complete log of all administrative access attempts and sessions is available to you at any time through your account profile. This log is retained indefinitely.
PurposeMapped offers optional integrations with third-party services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Telegram. These integrations are entirely optional and require your explicit authorization through each provider's standard authentication process.
By linking a third-party service, you authorize PurposeMapped to access that service on your behalf within the scope you approve. You may revoke access at any time through your dashboard or through the third-party provider's settings. PurposeMapped is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers.
A browser extension is available to allow your AI companion to assist with content in your active browser tabs. Installation and use of the extension is voluntary. The extension only shares content you explicitly choose to share.
Your AI companion operates under a set of behavioral guidelines designed to ensure safe, ethical, and productive interactions. These guidelines cannot be overridden by user instruction. The companion will not engage in harmful, deceptive, or abusive behavior regardless of how it is prompted.
Attempts to circumvent the companion's behavioral guidelines, manipulate it into producing harmful content, or use the Service for malicious purposes may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PurposeMapped LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall PurposeMapped LLC's total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to use PurposeMapped for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
PurposeMapped reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise requested.
PurposeMapped uses fictional characters, archetypes, and cultural references — including character names, worlds, and personas drawn from film, television, literature, comics, sports, and other media — as inspirational frameworks for self-reflection and personal development.
PurposeMapped LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to any celebrity, public figure, entertainment studio, sports organization, publisher, or trademark holder whose characters, names, or likenesses may be referenced within the platform. All character and world names used are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
These references are used solely as a comparative and metaphorical tool to facilitate user self-identification. The AI companions created through PurposeMapped are original software personas. While they may draw inspiration from the archetype of a fictional character, they do not represent, replicate, or impersonate those characters.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

By checking the agreement box during sign-up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. Your agreement is logged with a timestamp and IP address for record-keeping purposes.
