Your AWS account. Your keys. Your people.
This is a custom engagement, not a SaaS seat. We deploy the PurposeMapped architecture inside infrastructure your company owns and controls, with one private assistant per employee.
Deployment on your AWS and your keys
We stand up the control plane and per-employee instances inside an AWS account your company owns. Your provider API keys, your billing, your infrastructure.
One private assistant per employee
Each employee gets a dedicated instance, not a shared seat on a multi-tenant platform. No central content store across the company.
Company Policy Pack
Written data-handling, retention, and access policy templates your company can adopt and customize for its own compliance needs.
Employee Sovereignty & Company Oversight
Per-employee instance isolation, encryption at rest, and logged, auditable administrative access — no central content store. Company oversight is policy-based: HR and management define the rules and receive severity-graded policy-violation flags through the admin dashboard, rather than a live feed of every individual conversation.
An honest note on ownership and control
Because your company owns the AWS account, we're direct about what ownership means — and about the oversight companies and HR legitimately need. Your deployment includes a company admin dashboard where HR and management define their own policy and oversight rules, and the system raises flagged warnings — graded by severity — when an employee violates them. It's the same tiered oversight that safeguards every PurposeMapped instance, extended so your company sets the rules within its own admin access. We pair that control with real structural protection for employees: per-employee instance isolation, encryption, and logged, auditable administrative access. And we will not pretend your company can technically never reach the infrastructure it owns — that would not be true, and we're not going to say it. Our promise is honest, policy-based control: company-defined oversight and severity-graded warnings, with isolation, encryption, and an audit trail around it.
Consultation + private implementation
Every company deployment is custom — it is a consulting engagement and a private AI build. We assess how your teams actually work, design the deployment, build it on infrastructure you own, and support it after launch. Pricing scales with scope — team size, integrations, and compliance needs — and we quote it up front: fixed scope, no runaway bills.
For context, independent 2025–2026 research puts typical business AI implementation at roughly $5,000–$50,000 for small teams and a ~$94,000 average first project for mid-size companies (Nucleus Research, 2025) — with most initiatives running well over their initial budget. PurposeMapped engagements are scoped and fixed: a small team may start around $5K; larger multi-department builds are quoted to your needs — plus an ongoing maintenance & support plan.
